I composed this song back in 1999 in MIDI format and released free and open source (complete with musical score), licensed with the Open Audio License.
All renderings are done using Timidity and the freepats sound-fonts, while the notation PDF is done using Lilypond.
As this composition has been circulating freely for some time, some people remixed it in various formats. Looking around I've found a video called "korova.mid" uploaded on YouTube by dusthillguy, it is a nice collage of pictures that goes well along the music: korova.ogv
I hope you enjoy, it is a relaxing smooth jazz composition using piano on multiple channels, I'm happy to know if you use it around.
